2.         The President welcomed the three new clubs, Paris Squares, Mannheim Mixers and a club from Falsburg, France.

3.         The representative of the Paris Squares stated that their club would prefer to have their mail received in bulk for distribution to their members.

4.         Merle Bascom brought up the matter of organizing a Callers Clinic. Cal Golden stated than in order to make a success of such an endeavor the most important thing is to have all the callers get together and set up a basic formula of square dancing that they are going to teach over here. When a meeting of callers is held that new figures be discussed and don't just dance. It was suggested that the callers meet once a month in this area of Germany. Due to the distance of the clubs in France it was suggested that they work in coordination with the clubs here in teaching the same formula, etc.

5.         A motion was made by Harold Deane that the European Association of American Square Dance Clubs encourage and assist in the organization of a European Callers Association and that it become a part of and affiliated with the EAASDC. Seconded y John Hector and carried.

6.         It was suggested that in the future the officers of the Association be advanced dancers but not callers. The callers are too tied up with learning calls, etc. to be tied down with administrative duties.

7.         Fred L. Rennels of the Hahn Hicks & Chicks stated that they would like to get some help from the association in the formation of their club and desire to become affiliated with the association. James Ryals of Stuttgart said they are starting to get a club started there too and would like to become affiliated in the future.

8.         The President stated that the amendments voted on last September were in the process of being printed and would be sent to the clubs in the near future.
