Meeting called to order by the President, Fred Sahl at 1545 hours.
Minutes of last meeting read by the President, Fred Sahl. Doc Harris moved that Minutes stand as read. Seconded by Ken Monroe. Unanimous vote by members.
Roll call made by the President. Fourteen member clubs represented. (Beanie - see the Minutes Fred had and add the Aschaffenberg Star Promenaders, Nordsee Hoedowners and the Nancy Square Nods).
Financial Statement read by the Treasurer, Jim Lynch. Motion made by Doc Harris, seconded by Morris Jordan, voted unanimously by the representation that statement stand as read.
Old Business: None.
New Business: The President asked for a volunteer club to sponsor the Winter Jamboree in November. The Paris Squares representative volunteered the services of that club and proved to have given much thought to the Jamboree. Tentative plans had already been made, in anticipation of acceptance of the Paris Squares as sponsor club, to run a train from Frankfurt to Paris for a long weekend. A motion was made by Ross Strickland, seconded by Bob Young that the Paris Squares act as sponsor club for the Veterans' Day Jamboree. Passed unanimously.
The President asked for all representatives to pose the question to their respective clubs whether or not they would accept the responsibility of becoming the EAASDC club for i960. Acceptance to be in writing at the Labor Day Round Up in Wiesbaden.
Motion was made by John Dobbins, seconded by Jim Taylor that the meeting be adjourned. Meeting adjourned at 1630 hours.
