New Business:

a. The President stated that he believed that the matter of establishing a record library was an individual club matter due to the cost factor and the difficulty in scheduling sets between the clubs. Chuck Killian (Darmstompers) made the motion that this problem be referred to the individual clubs and that it not be considered by the EAASDC. The motion was seconded and carried.

b. The President commented that the EAASDC Newsletter is still not being circulated among the club members. A discussion ensued in which it was determined that this is a matter of the individual clubs insuring that their members are afforded the opportunity to read the Newsletter.

c. Bids to sponsor the 1966 Winter Jamboree were then requested by the President. Jack Lucas (Kuntry Kuzins) volunteered his club at Wiesbaden in the latter part of November. Harold Reno (Gay Squares) also volunteered his club for the same period. A vote was then taken among the representatives of the clubs present at the meeting to determine whether the Winter Jamboree would be sponsored by one of the volunteering clubs or by a combined operations of the Kuntry Kuzins-Gay Squares. As the result of the vote, the Kuntry Kuzins will sponsor the Winter Jamboree, 1966 at Wiesbaden in the latter part of November. Jack Lucas (President, Kuntry Kuzins) introduced his club officers: John Brewer (Vice President), Irene Le Cerf (Secretary) and Lillian Schoon (Treasurer).
