The Canadians will not be able to attend the Summer Jamboree, therefore, they made the statement that they would like to bid for the Winter Jamboree to be held on 1-2-3 December at the Hemer/Iserlohn area, sponsored by the Fröhliche Tänzer. They will made a written bid to the Secretary of the Association to be presented at the Summer jamboree. This was seconded by Mrs. Golding and passed.

The President made a suggestion to all clubs to think about a “Square week in Europe”, to be held sometime in September, and asked all clubs to suggestions at the Summer Jamboree.

The President made a statement that there is a lot of “talking and speaking“ about callers, dancers, club officers, and about others in some clubs. This could be the reason that clubs are falling apart or losing some of their members.

Before the meeting was adjourned, the President congratulated the Söllingen Swingers for making the Centennial Jamboree a tremendous success and all present gave a hearty applause.

The meeting was adjourned at 1430 hours, 21 May 1967.
