Now we are finally ready. It took some effort but now we have been able to install a separate account for the GEMA fees for Special Dances. The tiresome problem with cheques has been solved with immediate effect. The new bank details are:

We kindly ask you to send us a copy of the remittance slip with the application so your payments can be promptly allocated. In doing so you really make the job a lot easier for us.

With immediate effect Hanns-Dieter Keh will be responsible for the calendar. In future please send your applications only to him. The new form for the applications is included in the Bulletin edition for the clubs. You may also find it in the Download area on our Homepage.

For your questions with regard to GEMA etc. I still remain the right person to turn to. Hanns-Dieter Keh kindly assists me in taking care of the administration of the calendar.

Damit Eure Zahlungen auch zeitnah zu-geordnet werden können, sendet bitte unbedingt eine Kopie des Überweisungsträgers mit der Anmeldung. Ihr erleichtert uns damit die Arbeit erheblich.

Ab sofort ist für den Kalender nur noch Hanns-Dieter Keh zuständig. Bitte schickt Eure Anmeldungen nur noch an ihn. Das neue Formular für die Anmeldungen liegt den Bulletin-Ausgaben für die Clubs bei. Ihr findet es aber auch in dem Download-Bereich auf unserer Homepage.

Für die Fragen bezüglich GEMA etc. bleibe ich aber weiterhin der richtige Ansprechpartner. Hanns-Dieter nimmt mir nur die Verwaltung des Kalenders dankenswerterweise ab.
