Evaluation of the Questionnaires / Auswertung der Fragebögen (4)

In 2003 we asked the dancers for their
opinion. The evaluation of the com-
ments on the questionnaires has natu-
rally taken a bit longer. Here is the
fourth collection of interesting com-
ments:
-
I miss the cancelled Summer and
Winter Jamborees because we met all
our friends there.
-
One should organize pure MS- and
pure Plus events.
-
A dance event should pay more atten-
tion to MS, e.g. longer MS, higher
level and better callers for MS. But
not cut off from Plus and A, as then
most of the (better) dancers will visit
the Plus and A program.
-
Back to the Basics. MS is also fun and
interesting.
-
Too little Plus despite the number of
plus dancers constantly increasing.
-
Too many workshops should be
avoided at specials and only be carried
out at club evenings.
-
Round on Jamborees should be 50%.
-
More Rounds in one block at Specials
and Jamborees.
-
On Jamborees Square and Round
Dance should not be together in the
same hall in the evening. Instead there
should be one hall for Square, one for
Round and one for Clogging.
-
I don't like it at Specials if Rounds are
danced in between the square blocks
and the square dancers have to wait
out sometimes for more than an hour.
-
If possible no mixture of Squares and
Rounds.
-
No mix of Squares and Rounds.

More separation of Squares and
Im Jahr 2003 haben wir eine Tänzerbe-
fragung durchgeführt. Die Auswertung
der Kommentare auf den Fragebögen
hat naturgemäß etwas länger gedauert.
Hier die vierte Auswahl von interessan-
ten Anmerkungen:

Ich vermisse die ausgefallenen Summer
und Winter Jamborees, weil wir dort alle
Freunde getroffen haben.

Man sollte reine MS- und reine Plus-
Veranstaltungen machen.
-
Bei einer Tanzveranstaltung sollte mehr
Rücksicht auf MS genommen werden,
z.B. länger MS, höheres Niveau und bes-
sere Caller für MS. Aber nicht abge-
schnitten von Plus und A, da dann die
meisten (besseren) Tänzer das Plus- und
A-Programm besuchen.

Back to the Basics. Auch MS macht Spaß
und ist interessant.

Zu wenig Plus, obwohl die Plustänzer
ständig zunehmen.

Zu viele Workshops sollten die Caller
auf Veranstaltungen vermeiden, sondern
nur während der Clubabende praktizie-
ren.

Round bei Jamborees sollte 50% aus-
machen.

Auf Jamborees sollte abends nicht
Square und Round Dance in einer Halle
sein. Stattdessen sollte es eine Halle für
Squaree, eine Halle für Round und eine
für Clogging geben.

Ich finde es nicht besonders gelungen,
wenn auf einer Veranstaltung mitten in
den Squareblöcken Round getanzt wird
und die Squaredancer teils über eine
Stunde pausieren müssen.
