Some reports from the board for the
membership meeting here in advance:
Einige Berichte des Boards zur Mitglieder-
versammlung hier schon vorab:
a) Finances / Finanzen
Since September the change of book-
keeping to actual software suitable for the
association of clubs is going on. There-
fore it came to a delay in collecting the
membership fees.
We'd like to point out that the member-
ship fee only covers 2 ½ hours of club
evening and 2 ½ hours of class evening
per week. At the moment about EUR
25,00 a year is to pay for additional ac-
tivities. Gema and insurance coverage is
only given for registered activities.
Further information on this subject is
available at the General Membership
Meeting.
Changes to your bank account: Please
inform us IMMEDIATELY about any
changes to your bank account, otherwise
we will charge you with the additional
amount of the bank fees.
Please use the form provided in the
internet for the registration of your spe-
cial and have a look at the table of fees
that you need to pay. This will save you
and us a lot of work.
Seit September läuft die Umstellung der
Buchhaltung auf eine aktuelle Vereins-
software. Deshalb kam es auch beim Einzug
der Beiträge zu Verzögerungen.
Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass der
Mitgliedsbeitrag 2,5 Stunden Clubabend
und 2,5 Stunden Classabend pro Woche
abdeckt. Für weitere Clubabende sind z.Zt.
25.- Euro pro Jahr zu entrichten. Nur für
die gemeldeten Aktivitäten besteht Gema-
und Versicherungsschutz.
Weitere Infos hierüber erhaltet ihr bei der
Mitgliederversammlung.
Änderungen der Bankverbindung: Bitte teilt
uns sofort Änderungen der Bankverbin-
dung mit, da wir sonst die Bankgebühren
von Euch einfordern müssen.
Für die Anmeldung der Specials benützt
bitte die im Internet hinterlegten Vordrucke
und beachtet die Gebührentabelle. Dies er-
spart Euch und uns sehr viel Arbeit.

Dear Bulletin readers,
a) Some economical club boards send us
wishes for advertisements as follows:
"Our flyer has a front and a back page.
Please print both sides on one Bulletin
page, that means two half pages next to
each other"
Such special wishes cause us a lot of

den uns Anzeigenwünsche wie folgt:
"Unser Flyer hat eine Vorder- und eine
Rückseite, bitte beide Seiten auf eine Seite
bringen, d.h. jeweils 1/2 Anzeige nebenein-
ander."
Solche Sonderwünsche machen uns recht

Either you send me complete pdf files
including your special wishes or you have
to pay for two advertisement pages if you
want to publish two flyer pages.
b) An often asked question is the adver-
tisement format. We prefer pdf files.
Word files are also possible but contain
some possibilities for errors as the past
has shown. Jpg files produce only a very
bad print result.

b) Eine häufig gestellte Frage gilt dem An-
zeigenformat. Wir bevorzugen pdf-Dateien.
Word-Dateien sind ebenfalls möglich, ber-
gen aber einige Fehlermöglichkeiten, wie
die Vergangenheit gezeigt hat. Jpg-Dateien
ergeben nur ein sehr schlechtes Druck-
ergebnis.

c) Representatives of the Netherlands
From the Netherlands
As many of you already know, we have
about 25 clubs in the Netherlands, where
we dance squares (MS-A2) and rounds
(phase II-VI). Many of these clubs or-
ganize their annual specials. Some of
those you can find in the calendar of the
EAASDC, often with a link to the flyer
of the event. But a complete overview
you can find on the website of the Dutch
association:
www.squaredance.nl
. There
you will find a list of all the clubs, in-
cluding the days and dates of their club-
nights. All clubs can be contacted by
phone and by e-mail. There you will also
find a list of all the specials, with details
concerning place and dates and levels. Of
most of the specials you will find a link
to the flyers that you can download. That
way you will always be informed.

Aus den Niederlanden
Wir Ihr wahrscheinlich wisst, gibt es in den
Niederlanden etwa 25 Clubs, wo Squares
(von MS bis A2) und Rounds (von Phase II
bis Phase VI) getanzt werden. Diese Clubs
organisieren auch regelmäâig Specials.
Einige davon findet Ihr im Kalender der
EAASDC, häufig mit einem Link zum
Flyer. Eine vollständige Übersicht könnt Ihr
auf der Website der niederländischen Asso-
ciation finden:

. Dort
steht eine Übersicht von allen Clubs, inclu-
sive der Tage und Orte, wann und wo sie
tanzen. Alle Clubs sind telefonisch und per
e-mail zu erreichen. Auch findet Ihr dort
alle Specials mit näheren Angaben von Ort,
Zeit und Level. Von den meisten Specials ist
auch ein Flyer zum Herunterladen ins Inter-
net gestellt, sodass Ihr sie immer zur Hand
habt.
