Head Grav-Insel-Tanz is cancelled

Unfortunately we have had to cancel the 1^st Grav-Insel-Dance, planned for April 2^nd 2011 in Wesel, due to technical reasons.

After a detailed inspection of the designated hall by the acting board we discovered that the facts communicated to us deviated vastly from the conditions we found.

Thereupon we talked to both of the invited callers and together came to the conclusion that this hall is not suitable for the planned event.

Another hall could not be booked at short notice for this date under the given conditions, so that for us the only logical consequence was to cancel the event.

Luckily so far no payments had been made to the given bank account. Meanwhile the account has been closed, so that any further transfers will automatically be returned.
