GANZ WICHTIG: Bitte, liebe Clubvorstände, die ihr den Newsletter erhaltet, leitet ihn an eure Clubmitglieder weiter. Es finden pandemiebedingt keine Specials, Clubabende oä statt, wo man sich austauschen oder Infoflyer verteilen könnte. Wir müssen also auf recht wenigen Wegen alle erreichen und dazu brauchen wir eure HILFE!
Liebe Mitglieder der EAASDC,
heute gibt euch der Wahlausschuss die aktuellsten Neuigkeiten bzgl. der anstehenden Vorstandswahlen zur EAASDC bekannt. Da bis zum Ende der Bewerbungsfrist kein BULLETIN mehr erscheint, werdet ihr auf diesem Weg auf dem Laufenden gehalten:
- Die Wahl findet über Internet und Briefwahl statt. Beide Wege garantieren die geheime Stimmabgabe.
- Clubs, die bisher per E-Mail abgestimmt haben, mögen sich bitte bis zum 13. März 2021 entscheiden, ob sie per Internet oder per Brief wählen wollen. Bitte meldet diese Entscheidung per E-mail an Andrea Zingler (
secretary(at)eaasdc.eu).
- Auf der Homepage EAASDC.eu sind alle Informationen von Wahlaufruf bis –durchführung sowie detailliertere Informationen eingestellt unter dem Menüpunkt: Boardwahl 2021. Auch weitere Aktualisierungen werden dort veröffentlicht. Bitte schaut regelmäßig rein!
- Dort befinden sich auch Formulare, die man zu einer eigenen Bewerbung ausfüllen und abschicken kann. Bewerbungen gehen bitte ausschließlich an wahl(at)eaasdc.eu (bereits freigeschaltet).
- Bisher liegen zwei Bewerbungen für Posten MaL (Beisitzer) vor.
- Bewerbungsschluss ist 13. März 2021.

Due to the pandemic, there are no specials, club nights or the like where you could exchange ideas or distribute information flyers. So we have to reach everyone in very few ways and we need your HELP!
Dear members of EAASDC,
today the election committee announces the latest news regarding the upcoming board elections for the EAASDC. Since no more BULLETIN appears before the end of the application period, you will be kept up to date this way:
- Voting takes place via the Internet and postal voting. Both ways guarantee secret voting.
- Clubs that have voted by email so far, please decide by March 13, 2021 whether you want to vote via the Internet or by letter. Please report this decision by e-mail to Andrea Zingler (secretary(at)eaasdc.eu).
- On the website EAASDC.eu all information from the election call to the execution as well as more detailed information is available under the menu item: Board election 2021. Further updates will also be published there. Please check back regularly!
- There are also forms that you can fill out and send off for your own application. Applications should only be sent to wahl(at)eaasdc.eu (already activated).
- So far, there have been two applications for the post MaL (assessor).
- The application deadline is March 13, 2021.
