By submitting image and text material, the submitter grants the EAASDC the right to use this material free of charge and without any restrictions in terms of time, location or content. The EAASDC will use this material exclusively within the scope of its statutory purpose; the use of the material does not involve an economic trade/commercial purpose, an intention to make a profit or the acceptance of remuneration by the EAASDC.2. This does not imply an exclusive right of use for EAASDC.3. The EAASDC will publish images and text material stating the name of the submitter and, if applicable, the association or any other additional information requested by the submitter.4. The submitter must ensure that the submitted image and text material is free of rights of third parties. The EAASDC accepts no liability for claims by third parties in this regard.5. The EAASDC is entitled to provide third parties with the submitted image and text material for publication in print or digital media, provided that the third parties are clubs/associations/institutions that practice or promote our dance forms. A reference to the source in the publication is required, as well as obtaining written permission from the EAASDC.6. If the submitter does not agree with the conditions or parts of the conditions mentioned here, he/she must inform the EAASDC editor in writing and in good time before the respective editorial deadline. Der Einreicher hat daf%u00fcr Sorge zu tragen, dass eingereichtes Bild- und Textmaterial frei von Rechten Dritter ist. Die EAASDC %u00fcbernimmt keine Haftung gegen%u00fcber Forderungen Dritter in diesem Bereich.5. Die EAASDC ist berechtigt, Dritten das eingereichte Bild- und Textmaterial zur Ver%u00f6ffentlichung in Print- oder digitalen Medien zu %u00fcberlassen, sofern es sich bei den Dritten um Vereine/Verb%u00e4nde/Institutionen handelt, die unsere Tanzarten aus%u00fcben oder sie f%u00f6rdern. Eine Quellenangabe bei der Ver%u00f6ffentlichung wird genauso vorausgesetzt, wie die Einholung einer schriftlichen Genehmigung bei der EAASDC.6. Ist der Einreicher mit den hier genannten Bedingungen oder Teilen davon nicht einverstanden, so hat er dies schriftlich und rechtzeitig vor dem jeweiligen Redaktionsschluss dem EAASDC-Editor mitzuteilen. Die EAASDC beh%u00e4lt sich in diesem Fall vor, das eingereichte Bild und Textmaterial nicht zu ver%u00f6ffentlichen.
