Neue GEMA-Umlagen für Veranstaltungen
(Specials und Special-Club-Night), gültig ab 1.1.2014

Verhandlungen mit der GEMA über den Veranstaltungstarif führten zu neuen Umlagen für Veranstaltungen. Darüber hinaus erhält die EAASDC einen zusätzlichen Nachlass von 10%, bei einer Jahresvorauszahlung auf Basis der Vorjahresmeldung, wobei die Zahlen niedriger angesetzt werden, als sie tatsächlich sind.
Da wir derzeit, und wohl noch sehr lange, nirgendwo 10% Zinsen für Geldanlagen erhalten, ist die Entscheidung sinnvoll, diesen Rabatt in Anspruch zu nehmen und unseren Mitgliedsvereinen zugute kommen zu lassen.
Das Ergebnis der vorgenannten Komponenten ergibt eine Umlagen-Reduzierung bei der SCN von € 5,00 und bei Specials von € 60,00 pro Tag!

Gemäß §5 der EAASDC Beitragsordnung wurden vom EAASDC Board die vom GEMA-Komitee erarbeiteten und empfohlenen Vorschläge zu neuen Veranstaltungsumlagen wie folgt beschlossen:

·      Kosten pro Specialtag €100,00 (plus Hallenzuschlag, wie bisher)

·      Kosten pro SCN-Tag €20,00

·      gültig für alle Veranstaltungen dieser Kategorien ab 1.1.2014.

·      eine Rückvergütung für alle zu viel bezahlten Veranstaltungsumlagen dieser Kategorien, wird spätestens ab dem 1.4.2014 vorgenommen.

New GEMA apportionments for events
(Specials and Special Club Night) valid as from 1 January 2014

Negotiations with GEMA on the event tariff led to new apportionments for events. Furthermore, EAASDC gets an additional discount of 10% for an annual prepayment based on the previous year's report, whereby the figures to be applied will be lower than they actually are.
As we presently, and probably for a long time, won't get 10% interest for financial investments, it's a reasonable decision to make use of this discount and to have our member clubs benefit from this.
The result of the above mentioned components is a reduction of apportionments for the SCN of 5,00 EUR and for Specials of 60,00 EUR per day!

As per §5 of the EAASDC Dues Policy the EAASDC Board decided the following event apportionments as worked out and recommended by the GEMA Committee:

·      costs per day for a Special 100,00 EUR (plus surcharge for halls as before)

·      costs per day for a SCN 20,00 EUR

·      valid for all events of these categories from 1 January 2014 onwards.

·      all overpaid event apportionments of these categories will be refunded as from 1 April 2014 at the latest.

Neue AKM-Umlagen für Tanzaktivitäten in Österreich, gültig ab 1.1.2014.

Heinz Klingen, Representative Austria, hat in Gesprächen mit der AKM folgende Umlagen ausgehandelt:

1.  Die AKM-Basis-Umlage für alle österreichischen Clubs beträgt € 65,00 und beinhaltet die CN, Classes, etc. wie bisher, sowie ein Special p.a.

2.  Jedes weitere Special kostet € 45,00 (inkl. 20% MwSt.), gemäß Zusatzvereinbarung zum Vertrag mit der AKM.

New AKM apportionments for dance activities in Austria,
valid as from 1 January 2014

Heinz Klingen, representative Austria, negotiated the following apportionments during talks with AKM:

1.  The AKM basic apportionment for all Austrian clubs amounts to 65,00 EUR and includes CN, classes, and so on, as before, as well as one Special p.a.

2.  Each additional Special costs 45,00 EUR (including 20% VAT) as per additional agreement to the contract with AKM.
