Dear members of the EAASDC

Du möchtest aktiv die Zukunft unserer Gemeinschaft mit gestalten? Dann bewirb Dich für ein Amt im EAASDC Board.

Du musst in Deinem eigenen Club kein Board-Mitglied sein. Jeder Tänzer, der Mitglied in einem EAASDC-Memberclub ist, kann sich zur Wahl nominieren lassen. Deine Bewerbung sollte einen kurzen Abriss über Deinen privaten sowie Deinen tänzerischen Werdegang enthalten. Außerdem wären wir für ein Bild sehr dankbar.

Wenn Du Dich bewerben möchtest, so kannst Du Deine Unterlagen gerne via eMail einreichen. Die Bewerbungen werden bis zum Stichtag (Veröffentlichung im Bulletin) vertraulich behandelt. Mehr Informationen hier.

Für die Bewerbung gelten folgende Fristen:

Ihr könnt Eure Bewerbung bis kurz vor der Wahl am Wahltag ankündigen.

Für die Veröffentlichung im Bulletin ist die Frist der 02. Januar 2025 , für die Veröffentlichung im Internet ist die Frist der 24. Januar 2025.

Wir möchten Euch daran erinnern, dass jeder Kandidat selbst für die zweisprachige Ankündigung verantwortlich ist, es steht Euch natürlich frei, das Formular nur auf Deutsch oder Englisch auszufüllen. Der Wahlausschuss kann keine Übersetzung leisten. Und denkt daran, dass eine demokratische Wahl nicht nur Wähler benötigt, sondern auch Kandidaten, also bewerbt Euch bitte zahlreich.

Bitte wartet mit eurer Bewerbung nicht bis zur letzten Sekunde!

You want to actively shape the future of our Community? Then put in your application for a commission in the EAASDC Board.

You don’t need to be a board member in your club. Every dancer, who is member of an EAASDC member club, may ask to be nominated for election. Your application should include a brief outline of your private background and your background as dancer. Besides, we would very much appreciate a photo of you.

If you would like to run, you are welcome to submit your documents by e-mail. Any applications will be treated confidentially until the deadline for applications (publication in the Bulletin). For more information, click here.

If you would like to run for an office, the following time limits apply:

You can announce that you would like to run for an office until right before the election starts on the election day.

For the publishing of the announcement in the Bulletin the deadline is January 02, 2025, for publishing on the internet it is January 24, 2025

We would like to remind you that each candidate is responsible for the bilingual announcement, you are of course free to fill in the form in German or English only. The election committee cannot provide a translation. And remember that a democratic election needs not only voters but also candidates, so please apply in large numbers.
